Cooperation System Constructing and Model of its Operation Mechanism
Cooperation management is the core of all management problems. The connotation of the cooperation agent is defined that from the point of value judgment an agent is rational and economic, from the ability tendency an agent is limited rational and from the behavior judgment an agent is harmoniously cooperative. Conditions of constructing a cooperation system are analyzed which are the motivation of resource dependence, objective of effect enhancement, constraints of encouraging cooperation and possession of technology of cooperation. Cooperation management is the formation of cooperation effect and further achievement of the goal of the cooperation system focusing on cooperation theme, obeying combine principle and running one through coupling and suiting of combine principle and running one.
