Design of Incentive and Supervisory Mechanism in Tour Service Supply Chain

Lack of effective mechanism management for tour service suppliers, the tour enterprises will not be able to make strategic objectives of quickly responding to market, jointly owning the market, and the common use of resources achieved by strategic alliance enterprises. To solve these problems, the key is to inspire the behavior of the tour service suppliers through guidance of the interests. Here, we designed on the model about incentive mechanism of tour service supply chain. From the establishment of the model, we can know that different level of the information we mastered, incentive ways of different tour service suppliers are also different. The longtime Contractual tour service enterprises ask for high incentive or low cost input, because of the information is symmetrical. But As for temporary contractual tour service enterprises, the tour enterprise had to give them high temporary rental.
