Intelligent Decision of TPL Service Providers Based on Online Trading Platform

摘要：

The paper has analyzed the characters of TPL service provider selection based on online trading platform and constructed evaluation index system following the principle of realtime, simplification, uniformity and efficiency. Simultaneously, this paper has proposed intelligent decisionmaking method of the TPL service provider selection based on online trading platform and BP artificial neural network. Compared with other conventional method, new intelligence method has its prominent merit. The method can be easily used in the practical situations. The method has the good application prospect.
