A Study of Organizational Problems, Causes and Constructions of Interdisciplinary Education Based on the Innovative Talent Development in Chinese University

摘要：

Beacause of some problems in interdisciplinary education for Chinese University, the paper analyzes the situation and problems of interdisciplinary education organization. So, this article put forward a construction model of interdisciplinary education organization, including making a clear strategic objective, seting up organization and management operation mechanism of interdisciplinary education, building interdisciplinary innovative talent development system, etc. Then, it explores the organization of carrying out the interdisciplinary education, the Interdisciplinary Education Committee.
