Research of Evaluation of Customer Relationship of Logistics Enterprise Based on AHP

Logistics enterprises have developed fast in the past 20 years, and achieved very good results, but with the increasing competition of the international and domestic logistics enterprises , the logistics enterprises have not only encountered many problems, but also faced with severe challenges. Customer requirements are getting higher and higher, so logistics enterprises should focus on customer relationship management, improve customer management to win the market. Therefore, we must make a scientific assessment of the customer value.The research of the customer relationship has been done a lot, but evaluation of customer value of logistics enterprises is basically blank. The evaluation model of customer relationships is constructed based on AHP in this article, and its feasibility is verified by example. This mode provides a reference of customer relationship management for the logistics enterprises.
