Probes into the Research Method on Independent Innovation Capacity of Private Enterprises in Henan Province
The independent innovation capacity of private enterprises has profound significance to China’s smooth transforming into an innovative country. According to the views of ADLER and some subsequent scholars, based on the evaluation framework proposed by CHIESA, YAM, etc., this paper aims to build an evalution system for the independent innovation capacity of private enterprises in Henan with the innovation capacity evaluation method based on the process of innovation. In addition, the author also probes how to actively promote the environment of private enterprises and accelerate the transforming of private enterprises’economic growth patterns, drawing on the experience of developed areas. The issues of how to use innovation theory to speed up construction of related industrial clusters, establish and improve mechanisms for eccouraging innovation, improve the service system of private enterprises, and to accelerate innovation and development of private enterprises are also explored in this paper.
