Study on A Valuation Model For E-commerce
Electronic commerce (Ecommerce) innovating applications have posed novel, technical, organizational and commercial challenges. This study uses a valuation model to investigate these innovative changes and focuses on their impactson Ecommerce. The performance valuation of ecommerce businesses are increasingly becoming the focus of attention. Therefore it is necessary to conduct ecommerce value added measure, this is from such a perspective, the process of ebusiness value added, then the introduction of EVA index to measure the value of ebusiness.
