Business Solution for Luxury Housing Market Based on E-catalog Ontology
This paper introduces the demand situation in the Chinese luxury housing markets. CRM performance leads the real estate enterprises to implement an optimal business solution, which will be focused on consumers’ and environmental characteristics. Then the paper implements the Ecatalog and the ontology technology’s correlation theories in the luxury housing market, sets up luxury housing marketing domain ontology grounded on the Ecatalog, including the luxury housing commodity knowledge ontology and the customer demand ontology. The paper also discusses the match degree between two ontologies and the intelligence recommendation method for the luxury housing markets in China.
