Cultivating Comprehensive Talents of Foreign Languages Serving Export-Oriented Economy of Hebei Province

摘要：

Under the background of economic globalization, the exportoriented economy develops rapidly in Hebei province, which increases the needs of the comprehensive talents of foreign languages. This article analyzes the standards of comprehensive talents of foreign languages and the present condition of its cultivation in Hebei province. Finally, it establishes a set of countermeasures which join the effort of university, enterprise and the local government to serve the development of exportoriented economy in Hebei.
