Studies on the Idea Selection and Target Mode of Marketing in Public Utility Organizations
At the present time, the researches of marketing in public utility organizations lagged behind that in the field of enterprise significantly. It’s still lack of rational understanding and systemic illustration on those problems, such as whether we need to marketing, how to select the marketing idea and marketing target, and so on. The authors put forward that marketing in public utility organizations has important meaning, and public utility organizations should make the social marketing philosophy as the orientation and establish the target mode of customers satisfaction, effectiveness and equalization.
