Research on Intellectual Capital Transformation in Scientific & Research Organization

摘要：

Scientific & research Organization works for knowledge innovation, which is an intellectual capital concentrated organization. In an age of knowledgeable economy, only through constant innovation can a scientific & research organization be given the advantage in a tense business competition. This thesis studied the conception and transformation of the intellectual capital of scientific & research organization, introduced the core content of Intellectual Capital Transformation. It suggests some references and enlightenment to throw light on prompting the competitive ability of scientific & research organizations.
