Demand Based on MRO, Procurement Management Research of Logistics Enterprise

摘要：

MRO procurement and management in China compared with the developed countries existing the large gap; but MRO procurement is increasingly corporate attention. To meet the needs of enterprises with MRO mode, logistics enterprises should adopt an integrated service approach and strengthen the management of innovation. In full knowledge of the characteristics of market demand for MRO, reasonable reengineering procurement process, scientific forecasting market demand, to maximize the advantages of supply chain integration.
