A Review on R&D Study

摘要：

R&D resources and the rationality and efficiency of the R&D resource allocation are the core indicators which used to evaluate the S&T(Science and Technology) competition ability. To utilize the limited R&D resources reasonably has been one important part of region development strategic. It summarizes the internal and external study on R&D in recent years, and discusses the issues such as R&D activities, R&D resource allocation, R&D investment, R&D internationalization. On the basis of these, it points out the direction for further study in future.
