Research on the Logistics Outsourcing Based on E-commerce

摘要：

The logistics outsourcing is one kind of enterprises developing strategy pattern which is developed quickly at present. First, the article analyzed the intrinsic relationship of ecommerce logistics outsourcing. Then, the author described the main problems in the logistics outsourcing based on ecommerce via the survey and case analysis methods. Finally, based on the above analysis, the author explored the effective strategies of the logistics outsourcing based on ecommerce. The article is of great help to provide some ideas of the logistics outsourcing based on ecommerce.
