Analysis of Monetary Base Management in China Since 2000

摘要：

This paper analyzes the variation tendency of monetary base, M1, M2 and increase Ratio of monetary base, M1, M2 in China since 2000 monthly. It focuses on qualitative and empirical analysis of the relationship between monetary base and M1, monetary base, and M2. The result of ADF Test helps to build an error correction model, which tells us how the monetary base effects M1 and M2 in China.
