The Thoughts of Establishing the Economic Development Policy of Main-functional Zones
Planning the main function is the requirements of sustainable development. But to break the traditional regional economic model, we will face the resistance from the local government. Equitable distribution of income and interregional equalization of public services is also a difficult work. We should combine both market with social resources to enhance the compensation mechanism, to modest the implementation of policy preferencesand to strengthen the construction of other matching measures.
