The Welfare Analysis and Losses Avoiding on City Building Development

With the development of large cities, urban pattern has changed gradually, it has been increasing demand to expand city scale, and construct a harmonious society. The change of social development drives land, labour and capital elements flowing to improve the level of social welfare constantly. In this reform we need to analyze each element of the welfare change to avoid losses, in order to achieve the maximum benefits for the whole society.
