A CONTRAST ANALYSIS OF THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION BEFORE AND AFTER THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL PROTECTION STRUCTURE
Taking an old office building in the center of Jinan as a subject of the study, compare the energy consumption before and after reconstruction the exterior wall of this office building, The heat transfer coefficient of the exterior wall reduced 70%, the heat load of the building in a year overall decreased by 79.21%, the heat load of heating season fell by 77.80%, and the maximum of heat load of this year has dropped 65.58%. These datum shows that, the exterior wall with the thermal insulation system has great influences on the heating in winter and the effects on energy conservation and emission reduction are obvious. However, the cooling load in a year overall reduced only 1.54%, the cooling loads in airconditioned seasons decreased by 14.74%, and the maximum cooling load of this year dropped 16.05%. The exterior wall with the thermal insulation system has little influence in summer, and even it shows some adverse influences. But we can see that it still dose good to energy conservation and emission reduction after adding up all the loads overall the whole year, and the overall load could reduce by 40.51% in a year.
