Research on Construction of Carbon Emission Trading Mechanism in Zhejiang
Since China promised to carry out carbon emission reduction in Copenhagen meeting, the home situation of carbon emission reduction become more and more severe. As developed area, Zhejiang is urgent to make further research on the integrated application of Legal, technical, economic and necessary administrative measures for reduction of carbon emissions. Foreign theoretical research and practical experiences show that carbon trading mechanism is one of the most effective means of carbon emission reduction. This paper analyzes the impendence of constructing carbon trading mechanism in Zhejiang. Then six institutional innovations are put forward with reference to foreign practical experiences.
