Network consumption external diseconomy problem research

摘要：

In the real economy, consumer personal Internet consumption behavior often have influence others and the society. Internet consumption have external economic effect and external diseconomical effect. This paper studies the external Internet consumption diseconomic problems.The conclusion has certain significance in solving problems of network consupmtion.
