Pilot Study on the Yangtze River Water Resources Model

摘要：

This paper has analyzed the present existing problems on the management of Yangtze River water resources, has brought forward that it is necessary to set up decision - making support system for water resources management of Yangtze River (Chang Jiang) River Basin, and Yangtze River water resources model is the core and also the foundation of that system. To build Yangtze River water resources model should consider dynamic hydrological cycle, forecasting of demand water, optimal allocation of water resources, wvater emergency dispatching and different patterns of climate change. Setting the Hanjiang basin as a typical one, the Hanjiang water resources model fulfills the water resources model system with simulating - forecasting -allocating - operating ( optimizing) function. And this system has established the theoretical foundation and provides applicable experience for Chang Jiang water resources model.
