Practice and Thoughts on the Submerged Dike Project for Adjusting and Controlling Function in Lower Reach of the Yangtze River

摘要：

This paper briefly introduces the process of construction and operation conditions about submerged plastic-pillow dam in left branch at Hechang island of Zhenyang reach in Yangtze River. The experience and lessons of practice was summarized systematically about submerged dam. Innovation about the darn was analyzed in detail to control the river regime in branched river of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
