The Application of CPFR Model in Information System

摘要：

As a new supply chain strategic technology, CPFR stresses the importance of cooperation theory and the partnership in supply chain strategies. But in reality, the application process is not as satisfactory as forecasted in theory. The problems include the complexity of the nine step decrease the efficiency of the system, the demand is not taken important enough here and there are still no very clear solution for the sales and order forecast steps. And the data mining function added to the system in this paper is still a structural design and the detailed designs need to be worked out before this function can be used in reality.
