RESEARCH ON THE GROWTH STRATEGIES OF ENERGY SERVICE COMPANY IN CHINA
Although growth in Chinas energy service industry has been impressive, the scale of the industry is still small compared to the needs of the energy conservation market in China. The empirical study of the evolution of Chinas energy service industry based on the density-dependent model shows that energy service industry in China is in the later stage of growth, and at this stage energy service companies should promote niche separation and provide different energy services to occupy different niche spaces. In order to achieve niche separation, energy service companies in China can take dislocation management strategy, value innovation strategy and co-evolution strategy.
