ECONOMIC OPERATION STUDY OF MICRO-NETWORK WITH FLOW BATTERIES
To attract users and promote the microgrid, the key is considering the economic operation of microgrid to maximize the use of energy and bring economic benefit. In the microgrid, energy storage technology will be necessary to reduce the negative impacts on stability which brought by renewable energy such as wind and solar energy. This paper choose flow storage battery as microgrid energy storage unit and an optimization model of economic operation of microgrid is propose including distributed power source modeled together. By studying the economic operation of a microgrid case with various situations, the optimization model is validated to be reasonable.
