The analysis of the waste electrical and electronic equipment recycling system in foreign and reference experience to China

摘要：

Waste electrical & electronic equipments (WEEE) have brought a lot of environmental problems, which has attracted more and more attention from the worldwide. The problem of recycling WEEE effectively is a burning question in the process of promoting the resource of WEEE. This paper analyzes the WEEE recycling system in Germany, Switzerland and Japan from the perspective of EPR, which is helpful for China to establish a study on rational WEEE recycling system. After analyzing and comparing the WEEE recycling system around the foreign countries, a reference model on WEEE recycling management system meeting situation of China was put forward on the basis of the experience abroad.
