CONSUMPTION MODEL OF LOGISTICAL MATERIALS BASED ON LANCHESTER EQUATIONS

It is difficult to calculate the Consumption of logistic materials in the combat simulation and wargaming. The traditional consumption calculation of logistical materials is based on initial operational strength, without consideration of operational loss, or defining battle loss rate of logistical materials and the strength by empirical data. Its not suitable to the transformation of combat mode, and not precise. The consumption of logistical materials can be divided into daily consumption, combat loss of carrying materials for logistic units and combat units. The consumption model of logistical materials was proposed on the basis of heterogeneous Lanchester combat model and Lanchester model with reinforcement, considering the relationship between the materials consumption amount and operation strength. The model can be applied to operation simulation, wargaming, logistic support simulation training.
