THE INFLUENCE OF CUTTING ANGLE IN THREAD CUTTING SYSTEM DESIGN

摘要：

The Cutting the Screw Thread(CST) is a new kind of passive energy absorption device. This research has mainly utilized softwares ,such as UG, VPG and LSDYNA. We built a simplify CST finite element model, we got the relationship between the cutting angle and CST system through changing the cutting angle. This research will be a powerful theory basis for the CSTs generalization.
