EVALUATING OF COMBAT EFFECTIVENESS AND SIMULATION FOR AVIATION ANTI-SUBMARINE BASED ON PROBABILISTIC FINITE-STATE AUTOMATA

Probabilistic finite-state machines are used in a variety of areas in pattern recognition, or in fields to which pattern recognition is linked. In order to evaluate the combat effectiveness of aviation antisubmarine, an evaluating method of combat effectiveness based on probabilistic finite-state automata is proposed in this paper. Through analyzing the detecting, tracing and attacking processes which an aviation anti-submarine involves, an evaluating model based on probabilistic finite-state automata is established. Combined with sonar and torpedo simulation systems etc., a calculation example is given, which demonstrates that evaluating of combat effectiveness in aviation anti-submarine can be fulfilled through statistical computation and
