MULTIPLE LITERATURE QUALITY EVALUATION OF SYSTEMATIC REVIEW/META ANALYSIS OF ACUPUNCTURE IN THE TREATMENT OF POST STROKE DEPRESSION

摘要：

The objective of this study is to apply systematic review method to compare difference of treatment efficacy and safety between acupuncture and western medicine in patients with post stroke depression (PSD). The meta-analysis was performed by RevMan5.0.22. The heterogeneity between studies is tested with P=0.1 level. A fixed effects model is used when no significant heterogeneity was found. The review contained 21 randomized controlled trials with a total of 2095 cases. Different acupuncture methods have been applied and controlled by three western medical interventions: fluoxetine, amitriptyline and stability.
