THE SYMPTOM CHARACTERISTICS OF 240 MENOPAUSE SYNDROME PATIENT WITH EMOTIONAL DISORDER

The article is to investigate the common symptoms, relationship of somatic and psychological symptoms of menopause syndrome patients with emotional disorder; Filter 240 eligible patients using Kupperman Index (KI), SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale), SA(SelfRating Anxiety Scale), analyzing their symptom characteristics and constituent ratio of condition. The common symptoms of menopause depression were fatigued, insomnia, infuriate, difficult to make a decision, inefficiency. What of menopause anxiety usually showed fatigued, insomnia, funk, nervous, headache, cervicodynia and dorsalgia. The menopausal depression and menopausal anxiety could appear separateness but often at the same time. The both had the relationship with somatization, sexual activity, urinary and generative symptoms. The menopause syndrome is a typically psychosomatic; we should treat the patient both from the physiology and the mentality.
