LITERATURE STUDY ON THE SYNDROME DIAGNOSIS AND CLASSIFICATION OF CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE
The objective of this study is to investigate the status quo of coronary-artery-diseases syndromes and syndrome differentiation methods. The content analysis literature was used in this study. The syndrome differentiation methods, syndrome differentiation elements and syndromes was performed frequency statistics after extracted from content analysis table based on comprehensive collection of coronary heart disease differential diagnosiss literature. The results showed that blood stasis, yin deficiency, qi deficiency,yang deficiency and phlegm turbidity are very comment syndrome differentiation elements. According to the the frequency of syndrome differentiation methods being used in syndrome differentiation, the first and second is blood body fluid differentiation and the eight principal differentiation. Therefore, the fundamental deficiency and pathological result congestion syndrome as the basic syndromes of coronary heart disease has been widely recognized. But the combination of the eight principal differentiation, the blood body fluid differentiation and the viscera differentiation was used rarely, need to be researched progressively.
