Performance Simulation of New type CO2 Gas Cooler
Solubility of supercritical CO2 in lubricant oil was calculated by cubic state equation SRK. The major heat transfer mode was judged by flow behavior of lubricant oil film, and new heat transfer model was put forward for gas cooler in the paper. Heat transfer performance of new gas cooler was simulated according to new heat transfer model and structure parameters of the new gas cooler. The result indicated that the heat transfer performance of new gas-cooler was better, and its heat transfer performance was reduced by 30% because of lubricant oil.
