Energy Conservation Research on a Business Office Building in Beijing
Building energy consumption is a main part of the whole energy consumption. And the central air conditioning in the building may take the largest proportion of the building energy consumption. Therefore, the design proposal of the central air conditioning is particularly important to the energy conservation of the building. In this paper, a commercial office building in Beijing was taken as a research object. According to the users requirements about cooling and heating system, three practical schemes about the central air conditioning system were put forward. Furthermore, the technical-economical value from investment and operation energy-saving aspects was analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the frequency multi-line air-conditioning system is the best choice for the building.
