Numerical simulation and analysis on air organization inside DKZ5 subway car
Complicated mathematical model of subway car with passengers is established and κ-ε turbulence model is adopted to proceed with numerical simulation under the condition of various kinds of air-conditioning situations. The results of numerical simulation indicate that the relations among the air-conditioning parameters, temperature field, velocity field and uniformity of air organization with steady-state solutions. Three dimensional fugures in the paper show the “death district , “superscalar district of velocity field and “superscalar district of temperature with different speed of air-sending. It is found that air organization in subway car is not uniform and a best value exists for the problem with uniformity of velocity field. The conclusions in this article have a reference value on optimum design of conditioning system and improving the air organization of subway car.
