Factors Affecting Embryo Rescue of Seedless Grape
Factors that affect seedless grape embryo rescue were investigated using the ovules from the following cross combinations: Venus selfing , Lakemont seedless selfing, Centennial Seedless × Otilia and Super Seedless × Otilia . The results show that different cross combinations call for different inoculation time. The suitable inoculation time is 59d, 48d, 40d and 45d after blooming for Venus selfing , Lakemont seedless selfing, Centennial Seedless × Otilia and Super Seedless × Otilia respectively. Compared with semisolid medium and liquid-solid medium, solid medium is better for young embryo development. Orthogonal designed test generated the benefiting hormone concentration combination, which is GA3 0.7 mg·L-1, 6-BA 0.6 mg·L-1, IBA 2.0 mg·L-1. The significance sequence of the three hormones is IBA>GA3> 6-BA.
