Effect of Applying CCC and PP333 on Rejuvenation of the Test-tube Seedlings Seedless Grapes
Culturing big grain, high quality, seedless grapes is an important target of grape crossbreeding. Embryo rescue of hybrids can obtained seedless grapes, but test tube-plants growed weakly and required strict growing conditions, so survival rate was low in transplanting process. In order to solve the problem, PP333 and CCC were added into MS culture medium for embryo rescue plantlets of Jintian Huangjia seedlessX Crimson seedless. The seedling height, stem diameter, root length, root number and the survival rate were measured after 40 d.The results show that 1.0 mg ? L PP333 and 1.5 mg ? L CCC had a good effect on promoting new roots, decreasing seedling height, increasing stem diameter and culturing strong seedlings.
