Highly efficient microfluidic assays

摘要：

Microfluidic chip protein analysis is an essential part for realizing micro-Total Analysis System (μTAS). The immunoassay-based protein analysis on the chip has advantages of lower-reagent consumption, shorter reaction time compared with multi-well format. Here we developed three new methods to further polishing the chip based cross-array immunoassay: 1) electrospun nanofibers mat for protein adsorption. 2) Microfluidic immunoassay without blocking (MAWB). 3) Vacuum assisted microfluidic immunoassay (VAMI).
