Particle-Based Electronic Paper Utilizing Particle Chains Formation
Electronic paper (E-Paper) displays drew a lot of attention in last decade. To reflect the incident light, color particles and dyed liquid are usually used in the display medium. Thus, optofludics include most of the diverse E-Paper technologies. Here we proposed a particle-based E-Paper by chaining and polarizing the particle suspensions and tuning both the transmittance and reflectance of the display medium.
