Research on Partner Selection of Vertical Strategic Alliance

摘要：

This paper analyzed the reason why enterprises want to take part in vertical strategic alliance and the common problems of vertical strategic alliance. After that, we brought an evaluation indicator system for partner selection which consists of five decision factors and 23 indicators.
