Study on Influences of Channel Relationship Quality to New Product Diffusion Performance
The paper chose channel.relationship behaviors as the intermediary variable, constructed structure equation model of how the channel relationship quality influences the performance of new product diffusion,verified how the channel relationship quality (especially trust, commitment, conflict and personal relationship) influences the performance of new product diffusion gropingly. The research shows that trust and commitment have significant positive correlation and effect on channel relationship behaviors, conflict in channel has significant negative correlation and effect on channel relationship behaviors, personal relationship has no significant negative correlation and effect on channel relationship behaviors, channel relationship behaviors have significant positive correlation and effect on the performance of new product diffusion.
