Followers Unethical Behavior and Leader-Member Exchange: the Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction
In previous studies, LMX has been proved to be related to lots of positive outcomes, such as OCB, job performance. However, has seldom attention been paid to the relevance between LMX and organizational negative behavior (unethical behavior). By investigating 249 Chinese managers, we successfully confirmed the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between LMX and unethical behavior. Also, we examined the relationship between leadermember exchange, job satisfaction and followers unethical behavior.
