Innovation in Supplier Management of Chinese Sporting Goods Company ANTA

摘要：

Supplier management can be seen as part of supply chain management and plays critical role in improving the development of company. This paper primarily selects ANTA Group as investigated subject and research its innovation in supply chain management especially in supplier management and then summary the outstanding supplier management approaches to improve whole efficiency of supply chain.
