Evolution Mechanism Analysis on Internet Public Opinion of Enterprise Crisis
Public opinion spreads very quickly at network times. The positive public opinion can bring remarkable social benefit and economic benefit, but the negative public opinion will affect the development of enterprises, even the survival of the enterprise. So it is very important how to control public opinion for enterprises. This paper analysizes connotation, evolution subject, propagation way, evolution progress on Internet public opinion of enterprise crisis events in information era. At the same time, it is studied how modern enterprise handle correctly propagation and development about Internet public opinion because of crisis events and how enterprise get rid of negative effects, set up positive image, and minimize the enterprises loss. As a result, this paper puts forward strategies as the reference for enterprise decision-making.
