Hull subsection production crisis early warning system design based on the KPI

Th e KPI th eory in hull sub section production i n formation m anagement sy stem soft ware i s very suitable. At present, enterprises make use of the hull section i nformation m anagement sy stem so ftware t o focus only on progress monitoring; it is deficient in crisis early warn ing. Th e paper will d esign a hull su bsection production crisis early warning management information system based on KPI, Ex panding the hul 1 subsection production i nformation m anagement sy stem funct ions, making the early-warning mechanism more perfect, and thus it is m ore timely and effective for managers to take preventive measures to solve the problem.
