On Crisis Management of Enterprises in China

It is n o overstatement to say that crisis seems to be u nstable a nd m ay out break w henever an d wherever po ssible. Th ere is a growing a wareness that enterprises will be greatly th reatened as t he increase of the fierce m arket co mpetition. Various kinds of crisis events g ive rise to th e test of blood and fire toward s enterprises. Consumers trust, brand reputation and even market sh are wh ich are bu ilt u p lab oriously b y enterprises may ev entually co llapse durin g th is test. Therefore, we must be m indful of th e potential d anger and stay prepared against adversities i n times of peace.
