Research on Emergency Information Management Based on the Social Network Analysis

In rece nt years, t he e mergency information management in cities has been one of the hot issues of st udy in the fi eld of pu blic emergency management. Based on the social network analysis, this article makes a stud y of the in cident of t he water pollution in Xinanjiang R iver, an city e mergency i n china in 20II6. Setting up diagraphs of topology with the help of Ucinet software, the author calculates the density of network a nd t he ave rage di stance i n t he whole network stru cture and also calculates p oint cen trality, betweenness cen trality, clo seness centrality, etc. i n t he analysis of cen trality. The author tries to seek effective ways of management on emergency information by using the analysis of th is typ ical case as a bre akthroughin study, in hopes of ac hievingthee ffective inform ation management and control by multiple main bodies in the social network under c omplex circum stances and providing support for the government to make decisions in dealing with emergencies.
