Research on Joint Emergency Responses to Industrial Accidents of Enterprises in China
T o i mprove ef fecti veness of em ergency responses to industrial accidents, this paper studied how effective emergency responses were achieved inside and outside of enterprises. Based o n the bar riers of joint emergency responses t o i nformation s haring a nd emergency linkages, this paper analyzed the cause based onFBFandpr oposed policy so lutions fo rjo int emergency responses to industrial accidents of enterprises. The po licy so lutions included four a spects, i.e. t o est ablish em ergency m anagement age ncies, t o construct em ergency c oordination m echanisms, t o release rel evant 1 egal sy stems of joint em ergency responses, and to stipulate regulations of joint emergency responses. T he bar riers i ncluding poor fl ow of emergency information and weak linkages of emergency responses, can b e attack led b y th e policy so lutions. Therefore, government and enterprises will perform joint emergency responses effectively.
