Research on WBS-based Risk Identification and the Countermeasures for Real Estate Projects Entire Process
Real estate is a typical industry with high risk, and the real estate project development has the characteristics of huge investment, long construction period and is vulnerable to the environmental interference. Therefore it is critical to identify the risks and strengthen risk management for real estate enterprises. This paper will apply the method of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) from scope management of project management to make factor analysis on the real estate projects entire process for quality management. We will breakdown the entire real estate projects processes into start-up phase, design and planning phase, implementation phase and final phase separately. Then we will identify the major types and reasons of risks existed and put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to achieve risk management control for the real estate projects entire process.
