Study on Enterprise Patent Early Warning of Core Technology
Co re tech nology patent early warn ing is the key part of enterprise pat ent early war ning. After introducing the importance of core technology ,this paper analyzes the instance of the warning source and warning intelligence in d ifferent life cycle period about the core technology patent early-warning according to technology life cycle theory, and di vide the warning source to four dimensions: technology e ntering t hreat, t echnical position threat, techn ology value realization threat and technology d irection ch anging t hreat. After th at it suggests that there are three important factors determine the degree of core technology patent early warning, that are technology, market and environment. On the basis of that, this paper builds the evaluation indexes system of c ore technique patent early warning further, and appraises the patent early-warning grade by extenics and su ggests enterp rise sho uld judge th e situation and take c orresponding m easures according t o this degree at last.
